At Danaper, we prioritize your safety and comfort and as such, we would like to share with you our product operation and care guidelines.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. In the event of correct and proper use, Danaper Company will repair or replace any defective product at our discretion. However, natural wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

To ensure the longevity of your Danaper products, we recommend that you follow our care guidelines. You can easily clean your bag using a wet brush or sponge. For a deeper clean, you can hand wash the bag in soapy water at a temperature below 30°C or use a consistent mode in the washing machine. Please note that cleaning with gasoline, solvents, or other aggressive cleaning agents, as well as the use of chlorine-based cleaners and ironing, are not recommended. Additionally, it is important not to dry the product near heat sources such as ovens, radiators, or open fires.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use of the product, including cuts, mechanical damage, breaks, and damage to locks and other elements. Cosmetic damage such as scratches or material contamination is also not covered under warranty. Any self-repairs made to the product will void the warranty. Damage caused by delivery companies used for shipping, including breaks, scuffs, cuts, and holes in the material, mechanical damage to locks and other elements, damage to suitcase wheels, telescopic handles, or other parts of bags and backpacks, should be lodged with the delivery company.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of our quality assurance. Any changes made will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. We recommend that you visit our website periodically to stay informed of the latest information about the relevant version and any changes to these rules.
